I'm pretty short, with thighs that can chafe, so finding stylish running shorts that actually fit both my waist AND my legs has always been challenging. The Alyssa shorts have become my go to shorts- the length is perfect (not too short like my college racing days but also not too long like dad bike shorts) and the spandex preventing ride up works 100%. The side pocket fit my running gel and I love how they look and feel. Just did a 10 miler with no chafing and am still lounging around in them:). I'm going to get them in both colours!
I have big (fine… strong, muscular) thighs. As a result, I have never found a pair of compression shorts that paired well with running or any physical activity so I was skeptical when I put on the Alyssa shorts. But the silicon gripper works miraculously well. I’m not constantly tugging them down and they also don’t ride up. I also really love the almond neutral color and side pocket. The wide waist band is flattering on the abs, which is an added bonus.
